Airports Near Naples, Florida

The airports near Naples, Florida support the area's primary draw: eco-tourism. Though lacking in commercial aviation traffic, the city's four nearby airports provide access---via charter flights and aerial tours---to the region's abundant nature reserves and the white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.
  1. Naples Municipal Airport

    • Naples Municipal Airport has been operating continuously since the 1920s. The airport was built up during World War II with the construction of runways, ramps and buildings to accommodate war planes.

Naples Municipal Airport operates two 5,000 foot asphalt runways, plus a smaller turf runway. The airport serves general aviation traffic, EMS helicopter flights, flight schools and agricultural flights. The only scheduled commercial service is a daily flight to Key West on Gulf Coast Airways. The airport is managed by the City of Naples Airport Authority.
