Once you have obtained your Class 6 learner's permit, you may ride a scooter on the road for a period of up to six months. During this time, you are required to complete a mandatory motorcycle training course. Upon successful completion of the training course, you will be eligible to apply for a Class 6 motorcycle licence.
To obtain your Class 6 motorcycle licence, you must pass a vision test and pay the applicable licence fee. Your Class 6 motorcycle licence will allow you to ride a scooter with an engine displacement of 150cc or less.
