Baltimore Day Cruises

Baltimore is located in central Maryland along the Patapsco River. Day cruises are available along the river in the Inner Harbor, which pass the historic Fort McHenry and the Francis Scott Key Bridge. There are narrated 45-minute or 90-minute cruises in the harbor, full-day cruises from Baltimore to Annapolis, Gospel lunch cruises in the Inner Harbor and two-hour lunch cruises weekdays or weekends.
  1. Two-Hour Lunch Cruises

    • Baltimore Tours offers two lunch cruises of Baltimore Harbor, one on weekdays and one on weekends. Both lunch cruises last two hours and sail the Patapsco River past the city’s skyline for a panoramic view of the city’s historic architecture.

Other sites include the World Trade Center, Federal Hill, the National Aquarium, Fells Point and the Francis Scott Key Bridge.

Lunch is accompanied by dance music from the 1940s to the present. The tour has a 24-hour advanced booking policy. Baltimore Tours cruises also take place in the rain. Comfortable enclosed decks complement the open-air decks popular in good weather.

    Gospel Lunch Cruises

    • Enjoy live gospel music entertainment as the Spirit of Baltimore tours the Inner Harbor. These two-hour day cruises include an all-you-can-eat buffet. Choose a cruise with an early lunch from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. or a late one from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

These Spirit cruises specialize in Youth Gospel Cruises, Sunday school parties, fundraisers, fellowship gatherings, choir outings and Christian singles mixers. The Spirit of Baltimore has a dance floor, cabaret-style seating and outdoor strolling patio decks.

Spirit Cruises Baltimore depart from Light Street.

    Short Cruises

    • Watermark offers a short 45-minute narrated cruise aboard the Annapolitan II in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Besides views of the city skyline, Fort McHenry, Federal Hill, Fells Point and the USS Constellation, the last Civil War ship that is afloat, can be seen. Cruises depart on the hour. No reservations are necessary.

A 90-minute narrated day cruise on late Friday afternoons includes the Francis Scott Key Bridge.

All Watermark cruises depart from the Light Street Finger Piers between the Science Center & Baltimore Visitor Center.
