The Best Cruises in August

Summer is the height of cruise travel season. Travelers flock to warm weather locations, but ports in areas with colder weather are a smart alternative. Short summers in the Baltic region of northern Europe make them ideal August vacation destinations. The ports of call offered by cruising in August allow visitors to experience the natural beauty of the Baltics, while the weather is cooperative and mild.
