Are brass knuckles legal in Maryland?

(b) Metal knuckle punch weapon.-

(1) In general. - An individual may not make, sell, offer for sale, possess, or use, or attempt to make, sell, offer for sale, possess, or use, any metal knuckle punch weapon.

(2) Penalty. - A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $ 1,000 or both.
