What is the difference between PDT and GMT?

PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) and GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) are two time zones. PDT is 7 hours behind GMT, meaning that when it is 12:00 PM in PDT, it is 7:00 PM in GMT.

PDT is used in parts of the western United States and Canada during the summer months, while GMT is used in the United Kingdom and other parts of Europe all year round.
