Penn Station has two Amtrak baggage claim areas:
Area 1 is located in the main concourse level, near the 8th Avenue entrance. This is the main baggage claim area for most Amtrak trains.
Area 2 is located on the lower level, below the main concourse. It is used for trains such as the Adirondack and the Keystone.

- The baggage claim areas are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Tips:
- If you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to wait a few minutes for your bags to come out on the carousel.
- If you can't find your luggage, be sure to check the lost and found office.
- If you need help with your luggage, there are porters available in the baggage claim areas.
