On the Web site, type in the station or stop you want to start your journey from in the "From" box.
Type in your destination station or stop in the "To" box.
Enter your "Outward journey" date and time or use the interactive calendar.
Enter your "Return journey" date and time or the interactive calendar.
Select the "Means of transport" you want. click "More" (in red) to view icons for the choices you have.
Check the appropriate box next to "prefer fast connections" and "carriage of bicycles required."
Indicate the number of passengers traveling by the type and the travel class you want.
Push "Search connection" to complete your query.
Review the options that meet your criteria and print a copy of the itinerary you plan to follow.
Visit the Personal Time Table link.
Type in your start and destination locations.
Select times for both the outgoing and incoming journey.
Determine if you want to download the time table from the Web site, or if you'd prefer to have it emailed to you.
You may elect to have the information in PDF, PDB (for Palm), or J2ME (for Java mobile phones).
Select any additional options and press the "Create" button.
