There are several on-site options for parking at Boston-Logan Airport including the central airport parking garage, and garages at terminals B and E. Economy parking also is available along the airport roadway with free shuttle service to all terminals.
In 1989 the city of Boston instated a Parking Freeze in East Boston designed to limit the amount of fly and drive spaces for the public as a way to regulate motor vehicle pollution. To park on the street you must have a resident permit on most streets and short-term metered park on others. There is no unregulated street parking in the area.
With a T stop right at the airport front gate, travelers can theoretically park anywhere in the city of Boston that they find a legal space, and use the very inexpensive and convenient T to access their flight.
