4X4 Trails in Pegram, Tennessee

Riding enthusiasts in Tennessee have the option of a variety of trails in the Nashville area. Pegram is a small town located just outside of Nashville, which places it near several 4x4 parks and trails in the area. These destinations offer 4x4 riders the option of choosing a variety of courses based on both difficulty and type of terrain.
  1. Wheelin in the Country

    • Wheelin in the Country, located in Summertown, Tennessee, is a 4x4 rider's paradise. There are more than 700 acres of trails available for all levels. Obstacles on the trails include hills, rock ledges, ravines, mud pits and ponds, among others. Helmets are required to be worn by all 4x4 riders.

    Wooly's Off Road

    • Also located in the Nashville metropolitan area is Wooly's Off Road trail site. On more than 500 acres of land, Wooly's Off Road contains trails that range from easy to difficult. The park has a variety of obstacles, including rock bluffs, trenches and loose rocks. All 4x4 vehicles are welcome, including ATVs, Jeeps, trucks and rail buggies.

    143 Off Road

    • West of Pegram is a 4x4 trail site that offers camping as well. Called 143 Off Road, it is located in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, and has three trails. One trail is seven miles, the other is 11 miles and the longest is 18 miles. The trails range from easy to difficult and include low grade and steep hills, according to ATV Source. This park has three cabins available to stay in, as well as a campground.
