Caledonia Farm (bnb1812.com) is on the northern end of Shenandoah National Forest and resides on a farm estate founded in 1812. All of the guest rooms provide views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Skyline Drive, a scenic byway. The bed and breakfast has a guest house suite, called "Dearing Summer Kitchen," which is usually occupied by honeymooners or couples on a romantic outing; a breezeway connects the guest house suite to the main house. Two of Bent Mountain's suites, Mountain View and Spring Lynn, offer views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from their private decks. Bent Mountain's largest suite, Geneva, has a living room with fireplace and sleeper sofa. Geneva Suite's outdoor deck also offers views of the mountains. The Blue Ridge Mountains are also visible from Bent Mountain's dining room, where a continental breakfast is served every morning. Guests have full access to the lodge's kitchen.
The Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm (sugarhollow.com) is located in Crozet and is less than 30 minutes from the Shenandoah Valley's eastern border. Sugar Hollow is on a 70-acre property and accommodations are in two buildings, the Main Inn and Farmhouse. All of Sugar Hollow's rooms offer views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah Valley. The Farmhouse features the Shenandoah Suite, the only unit at Sugar Hollow with a private deck and entrance. The suite provides views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Family Room, located on the first floor of the Main Inn, provides a panoramic view of the mountains from its Palladium-style windows. Guests have access to in-room massages and wireless Internet.
Briar Patch (briarpatchbandb.com) is on the eastern edge of Middleburg, Virginia. This bed and breakfast is on a historic 47-acre farm, founded in 1805. Bull Run Mountain is visible from the front porch area. Some of Briar Patch's guest rooms have views of Bull Run Mountain; these rooms include Daisy Room, Rose Room, Sunflower Room and Violet Room.
