      Built in 1890 and constructed from Humboldt County redwood, the Victorian Inn combines contemporary amenities with a romantic atmosphere. It caters to tourists as well as business travelers. The inn features 14-foot and 16-foot ceilings throughout the building along with vintage furnishings. Each room has a private bath. The VI restaurant on site offers visitors fine dining. The restaurant offers a selection of wines from the Lost Coast Vineyard.

    Shaw House Inn

    • Built during the California Gold Rush era in 1854, the Shaw House Inn was the home of the Shaw family for more than 100 years. Its grounds feature mature redwoods as well as maple, cedar, cypress and walnut trees. The inn's surroundings also feature apple and cherry plum trees and some roses that are original plantings. The inn offers eight guest rooms, each with a private bath and a collection of antiques. Three of the rooms have private balconies.

    Ye Olde Danish Inn

    • Located on a 10-acre estate overlooking the village, Ye Olde Danish Inn offers seclusion and a relaxing atmosphere.

      Two private suites, each with a private balcony, are among the amenities offered. The suites have cozy furnishings, some of Danish design. The inn's owners are fluent in Danish, Japanese and a variety of Scandinavian languages.

      The suites have wood-burning stoves, satellite TV, central heating and comfortable bathrooms. A film library is available to the inn's guests.
