Operated by the Esham family since 1973, the Pony Island Motel was founded in 1958. The spacious grounds of the 50-room complex include a three-story poolside wing added in 1996. Guests can stay either in this poolside wing or the office-side wing. The poolside wing overlooks the swimming pool and has top-floor suites.
