The Onteora Mountain House is a bed and breakfast located in Boiceville, New York. The house was owned by the mayonnaise mogul, Richard Hellman. The rooms are decorated in the Tudor style and each have their own unique features. Some have private sun rooms, and one room has a bath with skylights. The house has a large great room with a cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace. The hotel boasts a championship pool table made especially for Richard Hellman. The grounds have a spa, sauna, koi ponds and miles of trails.
The Catskill Rose is a small lodge that offers four guest rooms. Each room has a king bed with down pillows, air-conditioning, coffeemaker, refrigerator, DVD and CD player, microwave and private bathroom. The hotel is located on nine acres of rolling meadows and boast views of the nearby Catskill Mountains. Even Airstream trailers are available for rent during the summer and autumn months.
Emerson Resort and Spa is a luxury hotel located near the Catskill Mountains. Each guest room is decorated in the style of an old hunting lodge, but includes modern amenities. All rooms include flat-screen televisions, canopy beds, iPod docks and whirlpool tubs. The resort has a day spa with steam rooms, sauna, fitness center and yoga classes. Two restaurants are on the grounds, and a coffee center is inside the resort's convenience store.
