One of the few tourist structures that can be classified as a hotel in Siasconset, the Summer House, boasts an inn with ocean views connected to several independent cabins along the Sconset bluff. Guests have access to an oceanside pool, concierge, Internet and two restaurants. The Summer House offers cottage rooms and cottage suites which, as of February 2011, range in price from to $275 to $2,000 per night with breakfast included.
Wade Cottages is an expansive property nestled between the Siasconset village shops and the Atlantic Ocean. The Guest Cottage is a large five-bedroom home that sleeps up to 13 people with ocean views and a private yard. The Wade Apartments are a separate home divided into five fully equipped apartments with independent entrances that range from one to three bedrooms. Guests on the property share a large ocean-side lawn with direct access to the beach. The entire property is also available to rent for weddings and special events. The minimum stay for the Wade Apartments in 2011 is one week, and prices range from $1,500 to $9,000 weekly for the Wade Guest Cottage.
Most of the houses in Siasconset are privately owned and available for rent during the summer. Along Low Beach Road and Ocean Avenue there are a slew of typical 19th century cottages and village homes with ocean views, fireplaces, porches and lawns that usually sleep between six and 10 people, and are rented by the week. There are also many townhouses and apartments available in the village close to the shops and restaurants. As of 2011, these rentals can be found on websites like VRBO and weekly rates range between $1,000 and $5,000.
The majority of hotels, bed and breakfasts and inns on the Island are located in the town of Nantucket. You can find many per-night rooms available and Siasconset is just a short 10 minute bus or car ride from Nantucket. There is also a 7-mile bike path from Nantucket that leads to the Siasconset beach.
