West Granby is a small, residential community located just north of Hartford, Connecticut. The Enders State forest is situated to the west of West Granby, while the towns of Granby and East Granby also are in the vicinity. While the forest is a popular spot for outdoor enthusiasts, many residents of Granby are employees of the numerous insurance and financial companies located in the greater Hartford area.
