Damariscotta is a small town located in the mid-coast region of Maine, halfway between Portland and Bangor. Situated at the base of one of Maine's numerous peninsulas, Damariscotta is a picture-perfect coastal community, home to a thriving downtown with plenty of distinctive shops and restaurants.
