Joffre is a small town in Pennsylvania, located between the towns of Burgettstown and Bulger, about 10 miles east of the Pennsylvania-West Virginia border. Though Joffre has no motels, lodging is readily available in surrounding towns, including Weirton, West Virginia, and Steubenville, Ohio.
