America's Best Value Inn has 125 recently redecorated rooms. Hotels with rates of $130 or more include the Amsterdam Castle and the Halcyon Farm Bed & Breakfast. The Amsterdam Castle is a multipurpose venue that has been featured on HGTV. Halcyon Farm is a 7,000-square-foot Federal brick home located on the outskirts of Amsterdam.
The town of Fultonville has an Econo Lodge about 15 miles from the center of Hagaman. As of 2011, its rates were around $80 a night. The hotel is also located off the New York Thruway and is near the Fonda Speedway racetrack, Adirondack Animal Land zoo, and the Auriesville and Kateri Tekakwitha shrines.
