Located approximately 60 miles north of New York City, Shenorock is a small settlement with a population of less than 2,000, as recorded in July 2007. It's proximity to the bustling New York City metropolis and the natural beauty of the area attract a number of New Yorkers who want to escape the fast pace of the city. Unfortunately, a community of this size cannot offer its visitors any kind of accommodation, so you must rely on hotels in nearby towns.
