Sea Oats is located on a quiet section of the Treasure Island beach. This hotel only has six units, making it very private. All the rooms are completely different from each other, this is not a corporate hotel. You may book one unit or you may book the entire resort for a large group. All units include individual climate control, TV cable and a kitchenette with microwave. Rates range from $59 per night to $125 per night, as of 2010. There is a 15 percent discount for off-season rentals, which begins May 1 through August 31; a 20 percent discount from September 1 through December 15. There is a $30 pet fee.
