This three-star hotel has numerous amenities, including a lazy river, pools, sauna, water slides, laundry rooms, complementary breakfast, restaurant, concierge services and fitness facility. As of October 2010, pets are welcome at the Holiday Inn with a $40 fee that is non-refundable. There is no weight limit on the pet, however, there is a two-pet limit and there will be an additional $20 fee for the second pet. Each pet will receive a special welcome goodie bag at the time of check in.

The three-star Residence Inn is an extended stay hotel with full kitchens, balconies and work areas in each room. It offers a complimentary hot breakfast and a weekly barbecue for guests as well as an indoor pool, laundry and fitness center. As of October 2010, the pet fee is $75 and is non-refundable. The hotel also requests pets remain on a leash when in the common areas.

The three and half-star Sheraton has both an indoor and outdoor pool, within walking distance of several Virginia Beach attractions, high-speed Internet access, Sheraton sweet sleeper beds and fitness facility. Pets are always welcome at the Sheraton on designated floors and a dog waiver agreement must be signed. Pets must be on a leash at all times while in the common areas.
