When visiting Walt Disney World and the central Florida area, you will want to ensure you stay in a resort or hotel with clean, decent-sized accommodations, courteous service and free transportation to the theme parks. Disney has come up with a standards guideline which local resorts and hotels must meet in order to become a Disney Good Neighbor Hotel.
Some qualifications required to be a Disney Good Neighbor Hotel include quality service, complimentary transportation to Disney, a location close to Disney and extensive employee knowledge of everything Walt Disney World-related.

Located in the Marriott Village, SpringHill Suites offers guests a home away from home centrally located in the Orlando area. Rooms at SpringHill Suites on average are 25 percent larger than traditional hotel rooms in the area. The resort is located one mile from the Maingate entrance to Walt Disney World.
Guests will be treated to a daily complimentary continental breakfast and can, for the rest of the day, choose from their choice of ice cream, pizza and sandwiches at the Village Food Court.
