The United Arab Emirates is located in the Persian Gulf, and is comprised of seven emirates.     • The Emirates Palace is located in Abu Dhabi, and is one of the Middle East's most extravagant hotels. The hotel is built with some of the world's rarest materials and is built to resemble a contemporary Arabian palace. Situated on the Persian Gulf, the hotel boasts amenities such as a half-mile long private beach, concierge, full spa, two swimming pools, tennis court, currency exchange, numerous high-end boutiques, on-site marina and night club. Pets are not allowed. Over 10 restaurants and bars are available, in addition to in-room dining.

      There are a total of 394 rooms and suites available, configured as one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, starting at 585 square feet. All rooms feature an opulent decor which includes gold fixtures in the bathrooms, a 52-inch television, private balcony, private butler service, touch-screen electronic control system and complimentary Wi-Fi. Suites feature a number of amenities including a personal laptop computer, and are up to 7,200 square-feet in size. Connecting rooms are available.

    Burj Al Arab

    • The Burj Al Arab is one of the world's most recognizable hotels, thanks in part to its exterior, shaped like a sail and rising over 1,000 feet in height. The hotel dubs itself as a "seven-star property", and is located on a private island in the Persian Gulf. Some of the hotel amenities include the use of a private, chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce, the world's tallest interior atrium at over 590 feet, 24-hour butler service, several pools, a full spa and a private beach. Six on-site restaurants are available.

      The hotel is comprised of 202 two-story suites which range from 1,800 square-feet to 8,300 square-feet.     Atlantis The Palm

    • The Atlantis hotel is situated on Palm Island and enjoys a mile-long private beach on the Persian Gulf. The hotel is split into two towers and features Arabic and Western influences. The hotel includes amenities such as an on-site water park, aquarium, several specialty boutiques, a nightclub, two pools, tennis court, fitness center, full spa and concierge. Atlantis offers over 20 restaurants and bars as well as in-room dining.

      The 1,539 rooms and suites start at 480 square feet and includes classical furnishings, in-room safe, minibar and a balcony. The Bridge Suite, at nearly 9,900 square feet is one of the largest hotel rooms in the world. The Bridge Suite includes three bedrooms, dining room seating of 16, 24-hour butler service, private bar, library and media center.
