Dundee, Florida, is a small town in Polk County that is considered part of the Lakeland/Winter metropolitan area. With just over 3,000 residents, the Town of Dundee consists of approximately 12 square miles. It was incorporated in the early 1920s as a result of that era's citrus boom, but is now predominantly a suburban bedroom community. The town's website boasts that it is only 90 minutes from both the east and west coasts of the state.
