The Pavilion Nostalgia Park is a small amusement park in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The park features "classic rides, fun games, organ music and old-time family-fun atmosphere," according to the Pavilion's web site. Rides at the park include a carousel, a Ferris wheel and a pirate ship, and there are a number of rides for small children, as well. There is also an arcade on site. Numerous hotels and motels are within a few miles of the park.
The Mid Town Motor Inn is just a mile and a half away from the Pavilion Nostalgia Park and is "just 180 yards from the ocean," according to the inn's web site. Numerous restaurants, shops and theaters are within walking distance, and several golf courses are a short drive away. The inn has an outdoor swimming pool with an adjacent "kiddie pool." All rooms at the inn have two double beds and include cable television, telephone service and a kitchen area. Pets are not allowed at the Mid Town Motor Inn.
