Cruise ships that stop off in the Cayman Islands do so at the north terminal in the country's capital George Town. One mile north of the terminal is Seven Mile Beach, a 5 ½-mile long coral-sand beach named one of the best beaches in the Americas by the Telegraph newspaper in 2008.
