Hotel amenities include an outdoor pool, business center, fitness center, concierge and on-site laundry. The on-site restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner; as of 2010, room service is available from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. All rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, 27-inch televisions and safes. Suites with separate sitting areas are available, as are connecting rooms. Pets are not allowed on the 10-story property, which has 200 rooms.

The hotel was on Expedia's 2010 Insiders' Select list and one of Trip Advisor's trendiest hotels for 2010. The hotel, on the Miami River and overlooking Biscayne Bay, includes amenities such as two 16th-floor swimming pools, a full-service marina, full spa, concierge, 24-hour business center and a fitness center with an available personal trainer. Each room includes a balcony, in-room computer, LCD televisions, minibar and several pillow styles. Suites up to 1,500 square feet are available, as are "tall rooms" with 96-inch-long beds and raised shower heads. Pets are permitted; there are no restrictions on the number or size of pets, and no extra fee is charged.
