What is legal temperature for apartment in summer Massachusetts?

Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 186, Section 14 states:

> Every owner of a dwelling shall provide heat from September 15 until June 1 of each year in every room used for living purposes, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., so that the temperature in each room shall be not less than sixty-eight degrees Fahrenheit, except in cases where the tenant fails to comply with the terms of the rental agreement, willfully and substantially interferes with the landlord’s performance of his or her obligations under this chapter, or engages in any activity which is illegal, dangerous or seriously disruptive of the landlord’s rights or the rights, comfort, or safety of other occupants of the premises or persons in the vicinity of the premises.
