Candlewick was built in the early 1880s by Henry W. Wright, a lumber baron and founding father of Merrill. The Victorian home has been restored and features five guestrooms, located on the second floor. All rooms have central air-conditioning and bathrooms have claw foot tubs. Reduced rates apply for stays of two or more nights. The inn is not suitable for small children or pets, according to its website, and the inn is entirely nonsmoking.
