Infusino’s Italian Village Banquet Hall can handle family-style dinners, buffet dinners, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, hors d’oeuvres and desserts. The Summit Restaurant is a full-service eatery with lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch and a special Friday fish fry. Regular entrees include coconut shrimp with raspberry sauce, Maryland crab cakes, Cobb salad, Philly cheesesteak, burgers and Brazilian lobster. The Summit offers banquet services as well, complete with china, gift tables, flatware, linens and bar. The Summit can create appetizer platters, buffets or individually served dinners. All events can be customized. A mandatory 18 percent gratuity includes cake-cutting, set-up, service and break-down. As of 2010, banquets require a contract and a 25 percent deposit, with all prices guaranteed in writing.
