The Contemporary Resort offers some of the largest rooms available to park guests. It has a total of 750 rooms in its two towers. The room options range from standard garden wing rooms that sleep five to a two-bedroom presidential club suite that accommodates up to eight people. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available.
The Contemporary Resort's amenities include watercraft rentals, 24-hour room service, in-room child-care services, three full-service restaurants (including Chef Mickey's), a pool with a 17-foot waterslide, fitness center, 24-hour arcade and movies under the stars (either by the pool or on the beach).
As of September 2010, room rates start at $285 per night (plus tax) for the standard garden wing room. However, the rates will vary depending on the time of year. Discounts are available if you are an annual pass holder or AAA member. Additional discounts are sometimes available when the resort is under-booked, which typically occurs right after Thanksgiving weekend until the middle of December, and after January 1 until just before President's Day.
