River Bend Cabins in Oklahoma

The River Bend Property

• Guests at the River Bend Lodges may enjoy a variety of ecosystems in one convenient location. The property offers views of the Arbuckle Mountains as well as the Washita River, surrounding woods, meadows and a pond. These areas are all accessible by a nature trail which begins behind lodges one and two at the south side of the property, runs east toward the Washita, through a meadow to the river's bend. The trail then tracks back toward the west to an area north of lodge three. Visitors may also explore the property by car on a pasture road which runs through the meadow and ends behind the pond dam. Fishing is allowed at the pond and at several points along the river.

Inside the Cabins

• Each of the 3 River Bend Lodges offers the comforts of home in a rustic, log cabin setting. The interior of each cabin is designed with a variety of custom wood work, which varies from cabin to cabin. Each kitchen is complete with all appliances including gas ranges or cook tops, a microwave and dishwasher. Coffee makers dishes and most cooking utensils you might need are also available. Bathrooms are complete with custom tile and offer towels and unlimited hot water. Beds are handmade of log or log siding to complete the rustic, log cabin effect, and are complete with pillow top mattresses and fine linens. A utility room with washer and dryer, TVs with satellite dish and DVD players are available in each cabin.

Outdoor Amenities

• The cabins at River Bend Lodges each come complete with decks or porches. Screened-in porches are also available, and each features a "therapeutic grade Hot Tub Spa." Gas grills are available for outdoor cooking, and there is plenty of seating incorporated into the outdoor décor of each cabin. Each individual lodge also has its own fire pit area with additional seating. The outdoor entertaining areas of each lodge are designed for entertaining more than just those guests who are staying at the cabin. There is plenty of room for hosting large groups of outside guests as well as guests from other cabins.
