    Peyton's Place

    • The cabins at Peyton's Place are set on the oldest canoe camp on the Illinois River. These A-frame style units are suitable for small families or couples and can sleep up to 4. All linens are supplied, but be sure to bring your own pots, pans, plates, utensils and other cooking and eating materials. The property also features a cabin that sleeps 8 and a lodge that can sleep up to 48 guests. There is also a campground, RV park, camp store that sells sandwiches, beer, bread, ice and also serves as the rental office for the canoes and rafts. If you plan to explore some of the local eateries, the Echota House Restaurant and Sam and Ella's Chicken Palace are just a few miles away.
