Beavers Bend Getaway is a collection of privately owned cabins available for rent throughout the year. The 1000 square foot Waterfall cabin for two is a romantic hideaway with a king-size four poster bed, double sided fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor hot tub on the cabin's deck. The cabin also has a flat screen television with satellite, Wii game console and indoor Jacuzzi. The Lone Star Lodge is 2100 square feet in size and has three bedrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests. The cabin includes central heating and air conditioning, outdoor charcoal grill and fire pit and the master bedroom has a private porch and marble bathtub in its en suite bath. Guests can enjoy hiking, fishing and water sports at the cabin or travel a short distance to the city to visit the Forest Heritage Center and Museum or the Cedar Creek Golf Course.

Rivers Edge Cottages offers secluded cabin rentals beside the Mountain Fork River that range in size to accommodate private romantic getaways and large family vacations alike. The Whispering Heights Cabin is 1100 square feet in size and looks out over the Ouachita Mountains. The cabin includes a king-size bed, two-person Jacuzzi, fireplace, contemporary kitchen and outdoor charcoal grill. The Homestead cabin is 2000 square feet in size and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to eight guests. On the back deck there is a five-person hot tub, children's swings and plenty of space to play. Inside the cabin, the kitchen, living and dining areas are spacious and open. There is a large Jacuzzi, fireplace and two bedrooms with queen size beds. The full gourmet chef's kitchen comes complete with appliances and a center island. The 400 acre property provides a wide range of activities for guests to enjoy including hiking, swimming, canoeing and fishing. Canoes are available for complimentary guest use.

The River Walk Cabins are located in the Kiamichi Mountains next to the Three Rivers Wildlife Management area. Cabin rentals include the Otter View and Cedar Ridge log cabins. Both cabins come with modern kitchens, televisions and air conditioning while the Otter View cabin has a five-person outdoor hot tub and outdoor grill.
