The Toccoa House is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom cabin, with three floors and 4,000 square feet of living space that sits on 12 acres of land. The cabin also faces 1,000 feet of riverfront. A few of the cabin amenities include a pool table, wood stove and leather furniture. The suite or master bedroom in the cabin has two private balconies with mountain views. Each of the bedrooms has a private bathroom. In total, the cabin possesses seven balconies, decks and porches where you can bird-watch, watch the sunset or sunrise. The cabin also has a seven-person hot tub on one of the outdoor decks.
