Located on 20 acres of secluded property, the Toccoa River Cabin is designed for family getaways. Expanding 600 ft. along the riverside, the riverbank still extends another 1,500 ft from the edges of the Toccoa River property.
The cabin can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with a washer and dryer for use. Visitors are required to supply their own linens. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the cabin is heated by either firewood or a propane heater.
Fenced in with over an acre and a half of land, the pasture is designed for horse lovers who would like to bring their horses. There is a three night stay minimum. All animals are welcome for $7 per night per animal, as of September 2010.

Cartecay Canoe House, located in the Ellijay area, includes central heat and air, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, a gas grill, two large screen televisions, high speed Internet access and an outdoor hot tub. Activities such as fishing and kayaking are available for water lovers.
Guests who want to sit back and relax can enjoy the view of the river out of any of the 11 ceiling-high windows. The two bedroom cabin is able to accommodate up to eight people. All reservations go though the Sundance Rental Company.

Located about an hour outside of Atlanta, the Rainbow Cabins of North Georgia offer cabin rentals along pristine rivers. Some of the offered amenities are a hot tubs, a pool table and hammocks. Quiet and secluded, each cabin offers scenic views, and a majority of the cabins have high speed Internet access. Depending on the size of the cabins, any number between six to 14 sleepers can be accommodated. A majority of the cabins are located on the Fightingtown waterfront.
