Wyndham Cozumel is the largest resort on Cozumel island, with 402 rooms and 72 suites, each of which have a patio or terrace. Some of the rooms have ocean views and some have garden views. The resort has 2,000 feet of beachfront, and has a huge range of activities included in the price of a room, including meals, drinks, kayaking, tennis, windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling and live shows. Besides the beach, the resort has three pools, four restaurants and five bars.

The Aura Cozumel, also owned by Wyndham, has 87 suites, which range from between 750 to 2100 square feet. Each suite has a ocean view and private balcony, and some have personal lap pools for guests. Other luxury points include Egyptian cotton sheets, flat screen televisions, walk-in showers, spa tubs and Gilchrest & Soames bath products. The second-floor suites have larger outdoor balconies, and some of the ground-floor suites connect to a "lazy river" - a pool with a constantly-flowing current which takes guests around in a circle and connects to the resort's pool. The resort has two special rooms for people who are physically disabled. All rooms are non-smoking.

Sabor was the first adults-only resort in Cozumel. Sabor has 72 rooms, each 500 square feet, spread out over five buildings. The rooms have either two queen-sized beds or one king-sized bed, flat-screen televisions, mini-fridges and room service. The bathrooms have marble walk-in showers. Ground-floor rooms all have terraces which connect to the resort's pools using a system of water slides, while the upper-level rooms have furnished terraces with hammocks.
