Urbanna, Virginia, is on the state's Middle Peninsula, along the Rappahannock River. Established in 1680, Urbanna is one of the nation's oldest towns. It is also one of the smallest towns, with less than a half a square mile of land. Urbanna is home to several sites that are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
