The villa is a part of the Hamilton's Reserve community that features tennis courts, a community pool and a nearby golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house includes a utility room with a washer and dryer. When you leave your pet alone in the house, it must be crated until you return.
The Indian Point vacation home is located in Kissimmee. This rental property has four bedrooms. It is situated on the edge of a nature preserve so it will be much quieter than staying in a hotel. The home has a screened-in swimming pool and a dining room that seats up to six people. Families traveling with pets are required to put down a $500 deposit that is completely refundable provided no damage has been caused by the visiting animals. Families must bring their own linens if it's likely that their pet will be on the furniture (couches and beds must be covered before the animals is allowed on).

Pet owners need to bring their pet's food and water dishes as well as a separate towel in case the animal gets wet. Any damage caused by the pet will be deducted from the $500 security deposit.
