Pet Resorts in Nashville, Tennessee

Nashville, or "Music City," is home to the Country Music Hall of Fame, Nashville Symphony and various other music-themed attractions. But most of Nashville's tourist spots have one thing in common: they don't allow pets. For tourists traveling with pets or Nashville locals heading elsewhere for a getaway, the area offers a variety of pet resorts.
  1. Pet Resorts of America

    • Pet Resorts of America features the largest indoor/outdoor pet area in Nashville. At this resort, pets have access to outdoor exercise yards, private and group play areas and Nashville's only built-in dog pool. Both dogs and cats are welcome at the resort. In addition to pet lodging, it provides grooming and training services. Fourteen- and 21-day board-and-train packages are also offered.

    Little Paws Pet Resort

    • Little Paws Pet Resort offers boarding and grooming services for dogs up to 110 lbs. Dogs are boarded in private rooms and are taken outside multiple times a day for exercise and playtime with other dogs. Little Paws also offers "doggie day camp," which is a where people can drop off their dogs while they're at work. The dogs are treated to indoor and outdoor playtime and supervision. Boarding rates range from $20 to $28 per night, as of 2010. Doggie day camp rates range from $13 to $21.

    The Farm at Natchez Trace

    • The Farm at Natchez Trace offers custom-built luxury pet accommodations on 18 acres of land, which includes walking trails, playing fields, a wading creek and barnyard. In addition to standard boarding rates, the farm offers several optional services, such as extra petting, tuck-in at bedtime and daily brushes. The resort also offers lodging for cats and provides grooming and bath services.
