The Dayton House Resort was established in 1960. It began as a 14-room beach cottage and has since grown into a five-building resort with over 300 rooms. The resort encompasses an entire oceanfront block.
The resort's amenities include indoor and outdoor pools with a lazy river and sauna. An exercise room is equipped with weights, a treadmill and exercise bikes. There is an on-site game room featuring arcade classics and an air hockey table.
Guest rooms at the Dayton House Resort offer side, ocean and oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean. The rooms range in size from double efficiencies to two-room suites with full kitchens.
Uncle John's Restaurant is located directly next door to the Dayton House Resort and serves a breakfast buffet and lunch. The Yella Umbrella is an on-site poolside snack bar.
