Health Spas in Thailand

Health spas in Thailand have cropped up all over the country, incorporating spa and health treatments that treat mind and body using eastern and western modalities. You will find typical items found on any day spa menu in North America such as facials, massages and pedicures, but, in addition, there is Thai massage, yoga, meditation and other eastern practices incorporating spirituality and Buddhist principals.
