    Wilsons on Moosehead Lake

    • Situated in the northern woods of Maine, Wilsons on Moosehead Lake is a year-round family resort near the town of Greenville. Featuring one to five bedrooms, each of the resort's 15 lakefront cottages include full furnishings, basic kitchen, coffee maker, private bathroom and most linens. Most cottages feature climate control and all provide access to boat launches, picnic areas and equipment rental. Activities at the resort include hunting, fishing and boating, as well as snowmobiling in the winter. Public areas feature free wireless Internet access.

    Hiram Blake Camp

    • Founded in 1916, Hiram Blake Camp is a family-owned resort on the northern end of East Penobscot Bay. Situated on 100 acres of oceanfront pine woods, all accommodations are within 200 feet of the water. The resort's 13 cabins feature rustic New England architecture and include a wood stove, fireplace, kitchen, private bathroom and screened porch. Featuring one to three bedrooms, cabins include linens and twin or double beds. The resort provides breakfast and dinner daily in the main house. Guests are welcome to use the rowboats as well as the resort's extensive hiking trails. Hiram Blake Camp welcomes pets as long as they are kept leashed.

    Whisperwood Lodge and Cottages

    • Situated in central Maine near Maine Wildlife Park and Arcadia National Park, Whisperwood Lodge and Cottages stands on the shores of Salmon Lake in the Belgrade Lakes region. Featuring family vacation packages, the resort offers a wide range of activities for adults and children, including boating, fishing and an indoor recreation hall with games such as table tennis, air hockey and video games. Eleven cottages stand close to the lakeshore, each including a screened porch, private bathroom with hot and cold water, climate control and a basic kitchen.
