Choa Chu Kang, the historic district and New Town, is an upscale suburb of Singapore.     • Choa Chu Kang Park is the main public park. It offers something for all ages. There is a cycling track, a restaurant and picnic areas and a sports complex for basketball, tennis, soccer and badminton. Complementary Tai Chi lessons also are provided for free once a week at 7:30 a.m. on Sundays.
