The innkeeper at the Darby Field Inn is a justice of the peace who can perform a civil wedding ceremony on short notice. The inn's wedding package includes the whole inn for two days. Up to 26 overnight guests can be accommodated, and up to 75 people can be served at your reception. Several options are available for those eloping, with package prices in 2011 ranging from $500 to $750. For a special addition to your weekend, winter sleigh rides and pre-ceremony massages are available.
The Rosewood Country Inn has several wedding packages, including a country, weekend destination, winter wonderland, new beginnings or "green" eco-friendly wedding. Package prices start at $350. Flower gardens can serve as a backdrop for pictures, and an outdoor Victorian gazebo overlooking a pond and waterfall is one option for your wedding ceremony. The inn has 11 rooms, some with fireplaces and Jacuzzis for two, and additional lodging can be found nearby. Relax with a sleigh or hay ride, or horseback riding.
The Sunset Hill House is in the northwest part of the state. A wedding planner from the inn will help you plan your wedding from start to finish. Your wedding will be customized to your wishes, but most weddings fall into one of the following three categories: intimate, traditional or resort-style. An outdoor wedding in a flower garden or wildflower field, under an arbor with the White Mountains in the background or on their golf course can include up to 300 guests. Weddings indoors or on the deck allow 120 guests. The inn has 30 rooms for overnight lodging. Wedding packages start at $500.
The Wolfeboro Inn is located along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. There are several options for your wedding ceremony and reception. If you prefer the indoors, there is a ballroom or the inn's 1812 room overlooking gardens and the lake. You can enjoy the outdoors under a large tent on the lawn with a view of the lake, or you can take a private cruise on the inn's 65-foot paddle-wheel boat.
