    • Named after the "Red Hot & Blue Show" on Memphis radio many years ago, the Red Hot & Blue Memphis Pit Bar-B-Que is a family dining favorite. Start out with appetizers such as sweet potato fries or King Creole spinach and artichoke dip served with tortilla chips. Order a bowl of Brunswick stew made with potatoes, onions, corn, tomatoes, pulled chicken, pulled pork and beef brisket.
