Named after the "Red Hot & Blue Show" on Memphis radio many years ago, the Red Hot & Blue Memphis Pit Bar-B-Que is a family dining favorite. Start out with appetizers such as sweet potato fries or King Creole spinach and artichoke dip served with tortilla chips.
