BluePointe is contemporary American restaurant that is infused with Asian flavors. BluePointe serves lunch and dinner but the Kobe beef only makes an appearance on the dinner menu. It is served ishiyaki-style, hot-stone cooked at the table. Guests are offered pepper garlic sauce and lime salt with which to flavor the beef while it cooks. In the dinner menu’s sushi offerings, Kobe beef can be found in the flamethrower roll–a combination of lobster tail, asparagus, Kobe beef, aioli and voodoo sauce.

Silk is an Asian steak and seafood restaurant, offering cold sushi entrees and hot-off-the-grill dishes. The executive chef, Kochi Chiba, was named one of the top three kaiseki (tapas) masters by USA Today. In the lunch menu, he features Kobe beef as a hamburger marinated in teriyaki sauce and topped with mustard aioli and in mini-burger form, topped with blue cheese and served on a French roll. For dinner, Kobe beef is served as an 8-ounce filet with mashed kabocha squash. Guests can also season their steak with a miso garlic glaze, Southeast Asian Spicing or with blue cheese and wasabi root ($2 extra).

Kobe Steaks Japanese Restaurant is part of a chain of restaurants with locations in Atlanta, Dallas and Nashville, Tenn. The Atlanta location features a 12-ounce Kobe beef steak with seasonal vegetables. Guests who order this entrée get treated to a special dessert as well. The first Kobe Steaks opened in Atlanta in 1977, introducing many Atlantans to hibachi-style cooking. By 1994, Kobe Steaks had three locations and the original was so successful, owner Katsuhiko Watanabe needed to open a larger space. He re-opened Kobe Steaks, Atlanta, one floor above the original restaurant.

Joli Kobe Bakery/Café has been serving pastries, cakes and breads to Atlantans since 1985. It has two locations in Atlanta–Sandy Springs and Midtown. The Sandy Springs location serves a Kobe beef burger trio at lunch. It comes on mini olive oil buns with soy sauce barbecue, chive oil and cheese fondue on the side. Lettuce, tomato, cheese and French fries are also included. The Midtown location serves the same dish, but for $2 less at $11.95.
