What Arizona zoning pool distance to house?
The Arizona zoning code requires that swimming pools be located a minimum of 10 feet from any property line and 5 feet from any structure, including the dwelling unit. The code also states that any pool enclosure or fence must be at least 5 feet high and have a self-closing gate that is located away from the pool. Additionally, the code requires that any pool cover must be able to support the weight of a person and be secured to the pool when not in use.
