The Tanglewood Park Arboretum & Rose Garden is maintained and operated by the Tanglewood Park Foundation. Although the Park belongs to the City of Winston-Salem, most of the capital costs are paid for by the Foundation, which is a private 501(C)3 non-profit corporation funded by donations, memberships and grants.
